Carlingford learners can ask about tuition from the first controls through to test preparation. Give our Leinster tuition team your starting address and preferred transmission so availability can be checked before booking.
A manual lesson should connect smooth controls with awareness of what is happening ahead. Tell us which tasks you have already practised. Ask for feedback that explains the next step clearly.
Enquire about manual lessons ↗
If an automatic suits your plans, explain that when you enquire. The teaching still covers observation, positioning and safe decisions. Changing transmission does not remove the need to build those skills.
Enquire about automatic lessons ↗Ask us about lesson availability and booking options for Carlingford. We can help you choose the next step for your experience level.
The twelve standard EDT sessions provide a structure for learning. Keep the logbook available when discussing what has been completed and what remains.
Review the EDT course outline before asking about a new course or continuing one. It helps you raise useful questions about the subjects and practice between sessions.
A preparation request needs your test date and the exact appointment venue. If the booking is for Dundalk, include that detail rather than just the county. Any assessment must be arranged after availability is checked.
Because not all Carlingford driving schools are made equal. Newry Street, Dundalk Street and the Tholsel help identify Carlingford's town centre. Carlingford Castle is another clear reference. Your actual road or Eircode remains the useful detail for a lesson coverage enquiry.

Tell an instructor when a direction or explanation was unclear. Asking for it again gives you a chance to understand the task before trying to repeat it independently.
The EDT: a guide ↗ Preparation for the driving test ↗Our current school-wide advertised price is €53.27 for a one-hour manual lesson and €61.41 for a one-hour automatic lesson. The twelve-lesson EDT package is €587.95 in manual or €659.24 in automatic, with twelve one-hour sessions. These school-wide packages include an ADI-registered instructor, a dual-controlled car and agreed local pickup. Please check whether tuition is available in Carlingford before making booking or pickup arrangements. See current lesson prices and packages.
Send the road and Eircode for the proposed starting area. The school needs to check that address and suitable times before agreeing tuition.
Keep your permit, EDT record and any written feedback available. Explain the transmission you used and when you last drove.
Mention both requests and give the appointment details. Preparation and car hire need confirmation, and neither is reserved by sending an enquiry.
